Delete your account

Mr Sales logins are created by the company you work for. There is no public sign-up. You can still ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold for you, whether or not you still work there.

How to ask

• In the Mr Sales app: open the menu, then Settings, then Delete account. It opens an email to us with the request filled in.
• Or write to support@mrsales.in from the email address your company registered for you. Include your company code and employee ID.

What happens next

1. We reply to confirm we have the request.
2. We tell the company that created your login, because your records are also its business records.
3. We delete your login and the personal data we hold for you: your profile, contact details, chat messages, photos and location history.
4. We email you when it is done.

What we keep

Where the law requires a record to be kept, such as expense claims your company has paid or invoices, we keep that record for as long as the law requires, and nothing else.
